Each bedroom has a king sized bed and is individually decorated. The master bedroom has a beautiful and bright floral design with a sliding glass door leading to the large and airy screened-in porch while the other bedrooms offer either an antique feel with the bed's hand made quilt or a Southwestern look with fancy items from Southwest rural areas.
Two of the bedrooms are bright and cheery with oversized windows and the master bedroom has the good sized sliding glass door. Even the bathrooms are decorated in a different and radiant manner. Hopefully, the atmosphere created in the condo will give you a feeling of home rather than a stark hotel room feel, but you will still have the feeling of a lively vacation spot. The living area has a nice queen sized fold out couch and plenty of sun light from the oversized sliding glass door leading to the porch. Or if you choose the vertical blinds afford a dimmer atmosphere or fully closed can block out much of the light and offers privacy in the evening hours. The porch has a large glass table with six chairs and an additional seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, full size refrigerator, and washer/dryer. There is a TV in each bedroom and one in the living area.
From the condo's door the modern marina is about 150ft. Parking is one flight up and in front of the condo. While you are at the very alluring Emerald Bay community you might consider taking a leisurely walks along the strikingly beautiful rocky shoreline of the crystal clear lake or on Emerald Pointe Drive to view the vast array of single family homes, other condo developments and some of the timeshares. The marina is a great place to view the boats as they depart or come ashore. The marina is open seven days a week and has a small store for beer, bread, milk and small items.

The condo is about 150ft. from the on-site marina. The marina has a ramp and also rents boats. There isn't any boat/trailer parking on any of the condo's grounds.
