Our beautiful two bedroom two full bath penthouse has queen sized beds plus a queen sized sofa. The cathedral ceiling offers an expansive airy feel. Each bedroom has a large sliding glass door leading to the large, private enclosed screened-in porch. The condo is decorated in a fun European wine country theme.
From the condo's entrance door the modern marina is about 150ft. Parking is one flight up and in front of the condo. While you are at the very alluring Emerald Bay community you might consider taking a leisurely walks along the strikingly beautiful rocky shoreline of the crystal clear lake or on Emerald Pointe Drive to view the vast array of single family homes, other condo developments and some of the time shares. The marina is a great place to view the boats as they depart or come ashore. The marina is open seven days a week and has a small store for beer, bread, milk and small items.
Five-day minimum stay during summer months. All reservations subject to 6.1% sales/lodging tax.

The condo is about 150ft. from the on-site marina. The marina has a ramp and also rents boats. There isn't any boat/trailer parking on any of the condo's grounds.
